Thank you for shopping with us at Slam Global Marketing Solutions LTD. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, we may deduct a portion of the refund.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of products cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products
